Our medical secretaries are trained to record and relay
messages and schedule routine appointments. Registered nurses can
assist with medical questions and arrange urgent appointments. When a
call-back from a physician is necessary, this will be done as time
allows, usually after clinic hours are complete. Please leave a daytime
phone number and/or cell phone number where you can be reached. |
||
|
||
|
We see patients age 14 and older. Specific appointment times
are made for the convenience of both you and the physicians. However,
the nature of medical practice is such that unexpected emergencies do
occur causing occasional delays. We will keep you informed when these
delays happen. Rest assured, should you become acutely ill, we will
also make time for you. |

| Typically each physician takes his own call on weeknights, ensuring a very personal level of care. Office hours on weekdays are 8:30-5:00 as listed above. On weekends one physician takes the call for the group from Friday at 5 pm until 8 am Monday. To reach your physician or to see who is covering for him, please call our office line at 262-782-4270 or our answering service at 262-821-8155. | ||

We accept assignment on all Medicare patients. We accept many of the managed care health plans currently on the market. Payment at time of service for co-pays is mandatory, and co-payments can be made in cash, check, or credit card. Balance billing is done monthly and payment is expected within 30 days. Overdue accounts are sent to a collection agency. It is important to note that Medicare requires an annual deductible and patients are responsible for this. Also Medicare does not pay for strictly preventative services with the exception of yearly mammograms and prostate blood screens (PSAs). If there is a question about what Medicare may cover, you will be asked to sign a waiver before proceeding with the test. Please familiarize yourself with your particular health plan, and what is covered and not covered, as plans vary significantly. If you have specific questions regarding your insurance coverage, please contact member services for the plan. At each visit we will ask for a current and valid insurance card and with the first visit we ask for a copy of your driver’s license. Since we do not bill insurance for workman’s comp or auto accidents, payment at time of service is expected. |
